These terms cover your use of nicerobotai.com and the workshops, coaching sessions, and AI setups offered by Nice Robot AI, a business name of Bright Nimbus Inc. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
Using the site and our services. You agree to give us accurate information, follow the law, and not interfere with the site, try to access it without permission, use it for anything unlawful, or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
Bookings and payment. Prices are listed on our Pricing page in Canadian dollars. A session is confirmed once it's booked and paid for.
Cancellations and refunds. We’d always rather move your session than cancel it, so every option below starts with a reschedule. These terms apply to sessions held in person at the Atrium in St. Thomas and to sessions held online over Google Meet or Zoom. To cancel or reschedule, email hello@sparkstartr.com or call 548-490-2386. Notice is counted from when we receive your message to the scheduled start of your session.
Beginner and Advanced Sessions. Cancel at least 7 days before your session for a full refund. With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule for free. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, aren’t refunded, but you’re welcome to send a colleague in your place at no cost.
One-on-One Sessions. Because we prepare for your session in advance, cancel at least 7 days before it for a full refund. With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule once for free. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, receive a credit for 50% of the session fee toward a session booked within 60 days. Your 30-minute follow-up call can be moved at any time within its 14-day window.
Team and Private Group Workshops. A deposit of 50% of the workshop fee holds your date. The deposit isn’t refundable, but if you need to change the date, it moves with you to a new date within 90 days, once. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full fee is due and the new date must be within 60 days.
Simple AI Setups. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are considered case by case, and work already completed isn’t refundable.
Switching between in person and online. You can switch your session from the Atrium to Google Meet or Zoom, or the other way around, for free with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late arrivals. Sessions start and end at their scheduled times, both in person and online.
Technical problems online. If our connection or meeting platform fails, we’ll reschedule any time you lost at no cost. If your connection fails, we’ll help you reconnect or join by phone, and the session will still end at its scheduled time.
If we need to cancel. If we cancel a session, or bad weather or an emergency stops us from meeting at The Atrium, you’ll choose between a full refund, a new date, or joining online at the original time. If too few people register for a group session, we may move it to a new date or offer you a full refund.
How refunds and credits work. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Credits and moved deposits expire if they aren’t used within the time stated above.
Workshop materials and content. Everything on the site and in our workshops, including worksheets, cheat sheets, slides, and examples, belongs to Bright Nimbus Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to use workshop materials in your own business, but please don't copy, resell, or publish them, or use our name or branding, without our permission.
AI tools and their output. Our workshops and setups use third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. Those tools can make mistakes, so you're responsible for reviewing anything they produce before you rely on it or share it. We're not responsible for changes to, outages of, or the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party tools.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bright Nimbus Inc. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, service interruptions, third-party service problems, data loss or security breaches, or lost business or profits.
Ending access. We may suspend or end access to our services if these terms are broken or the services are used illegally.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the site or our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
